We have created an exhaust that delivers outstanding sound while also providing the best possible performance. With this exhaust, you get the Rock experience you expect from a Harley-Davidson.

You can replace the original Harley exhaust with the By Kern Rock Exhaust. No modifications to the factory structure are required, so if you feel confident and take responsibility, you can install it yourself. This exhaust provides excellent sound; however, its legal use on public roads may vary by country. The maximum noise level of the exhaust can reach 115 dBA. Before purchasing, please check whether the product is legal for road use in your country. A dB killer is available separately for the exhaust, which can be fastened with screws, but it only slightly reduces the volume. The exhausts are made of stainless steel and are available in mirror-polished or black painted finishes.

IMPORTANT!

Every engine is different, therefore we recommend having your engine calibrated after replacing the exhaust.
We recommend professional dyno tuning. Incorrect configuration, including improper adjustment, can cause excessive heat in the components, which may damage the exhaust.
Warranty cannot be claimed for engines that are not configured or are incorrectly configured; we do not assume responsibility in such cases.

The exhaust is made of stainless material and has not received any additional surface treatment. The glossy surface is polished directly from the material and does not become dull. You can also choose a matte black painted version.
The exhaust fits the factory headers and mounting brackets.
Exhaust end caps are included in the price, and you can choose according to your preference. Please select your preferred option when ordering.

Warranty:

We provide a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for the mechanical parts of the exhaust system. Damage resulting from improper use or incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty. All of our exhausts are made of stainless steel; discoloration may occur, but with proper engine tuning this is not typical. Discoloration can be removed by polishing (polished glossy versions only). We provide a 1-year warranty on the coating of painted exhausts. In the event of a defect, the exhaust must be returned to our workshop in Hungary, where we will inspect the issue and carry out the necessary repairs.
In case of justified legal complaints, shipping costs will be refunded (maximum 20 EUR).
Delivered products can only be returned in unopened packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase.
